Your order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase Only. 

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

There is no exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order.

An exchange or store credit for future purchase will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, And only in the event the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer, Provided the customer has informed Mimi by Mariam within 48 hours of receiving the article after that no requests will be entertained.

• No exchange / refund on discounted and customized orders.
